We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Sponsorship Sales who is an unrelenting closer, an industry connector, and a creative dealmaker with a proven track record of managing and closing high-value paid sponsorships across industries. This role will be critical to driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth across Create & Cultivate’s portfolio of IRL events, digital platforms, and special initiatives.
You must have 4+ years of paid sponsorship experience, established relationships across multiple industries, and a relentless hunger to not just meet but exceed aggressive sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Sales & Revenue Growth
Own and exceed a $4M+ annual paid sponsorship revenue goal, driving consistent growth across all event and digital channels.
Build and manage a robust sponsorship pipeline across Festivals, Summits, Retreats, Masterminds, and digital programs (newsletters, podcasts, content series).
Develop and pitch creative, solutions-driven proposals that align with client objectives and Create & Cultivate’s mission.
Lead the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and contracting.
Collaborate closely with the CEO to align on quarterly targets, KPIs, and sales priorities.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand and agency decision-makers, senior marketers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Sales & Revenue Growth

Create & Cultivate is seeking a Senior Experiential Producer to lead the execution of all creative production elements across branded events and sponsor activations. This role ensures that every Create & Cultivate experience is visually elevated, brand-aligned, and executed to the highest creative and production standards — from concept through on-site delivery.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in experiential design and event production, proficiency in 3D renderings and technical drawings, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Production & Environmental Design
Own the creative execution of all sponsor activations and C&C-branded spaces from concept through on-site install.
Produce 2D sketches, moodboards, 3D renderings, and visual mockups for booths, lounges, stages, signage, and photo moments.
Translate creative direction into floor plans, fabrication specs, print files, and production-ready assets.
Participate in early-stage ideation with Partnerships and Accounts teams to develop concepts that support sponsor objectives and brand goals.
Proactively pitch new creative ideas, materials, and innovations that push the Create & Cultivate aesthetic forward.
Manage creative vendor relationships, including fabrication, signage, décor, printing, and scenic design.
Oversee visual quality and consistency of event design across all brand touchpoints and sponsorship activations.
On-Site Event Production & Management
Lead on-site creative production for all events—from load-in through strike—including stage setups, sponsor booth installs, directional signage, and environmental details.
Serve as the primary on-site contact for creative vendors, ensuring adherence to specs, budgets, and production timelines.
Coordinate with sponsors and brand partners to bring activation concepts to life within event guidelines and creative standards.
Own and execute the run of show (ROS) as it relates to design and production install/strike windows.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess creative execution, vendor performance, and production outcomes.
Vendor Sourcing & Budget Management
Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships, including AV, fabrication, furniture, florals, rentals, and scenic design.
Oversee vendor contracts, COIs, permitting needs, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in creative event production, experiential design, or hybrid creative/producer roles within the event or brand experience industry.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for After Effects, Keynote, or Canva.
Experience with 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Blender preferred.
Strong understanding of environmental design, fabrication specs, print formatting, and signage production.
